Items that are considered waste and should not be donated are

  • Perishable food
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Mattress pads
  • Heavily used or damaged items

To find out where to donate these items, see our 'Where to Donate' page. Each lounge will have designated boxes or areas for different item categories. To learn more, visit our 'Lounge Set Up and Categories' page. The information below details our normal collection process, which is inactive during Fall 2020.

When deciding whether an item can be donated, be practical and respectful!

Donations of partially used, such as shampoo, laundry detergent, notebooks, etc.—are absolutely welcome, as long as the majority of the item is usable.

Do note donate items that are unhygienic or contain any personal identification.

Please place all items in bins in the correct designated area. For example, clothing goes in the large, GreenDrop cardboard box.
