Several students in the Computing for Social Good seminar recently
attended the International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS) in
Boston.  At the conference, they explored the myriad ways in which
technology influences society, including the ethics of technology, access to
technology, the role of automation in society, and how to apply technology to
emerging problems.
