Mobile Ordering

You can now easily use the GET website or app (download on your Apple or Android device), the same tool you use to keep track of your Garnet Cash,  for mobile ordering at Essie Mae's, Science Center Cafe, and Kohlberg Coffee Bar, and for purchasing Faculty and Staff Meal Plans.

Mobile Food Ordering

Students, faculty, and staff can place mobile food orders using Garnet Cash at Essie Mae's and the Science Center Cafe. Students can place mobile food orders using their meal swipe at Kohlberg Coffee Bar.

Mobile Food Ordering
  1. Open GET
  2. Explore section and select your merchant. 
    1. Essie Maes Cafe and Science Center Cafe will allow use of OneCard funds (Dining Dollars, Garnet Cash) or credit card
    2. Kohlberg Coffee Bar will allow use of a Meal Swipe during lunch Mon-Fri, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 pm. (STUDENTS ONLY)
  3. Select Start An Order
  4. Select a Pickup Time
    1. Select a day and time (note that  ASAP is next available, including the current time).  Advanced ordering may not always be available in all locations.
  5. Select Continue
  6. Choose your menu items
    1. Select View Cart for Essie Maes Cafe and Science Center Cafe
    2. Select Add 1 Meal for Kohlberg Coffee Bar then select View Cart 
  7. Select Payment Method
    1. For Essie Maes Cafe and Science Center Cafe it will be OneCard Payment or Credit Card
    2. For Kohlberg Coffee Bar it will be your current meal plan
  8. Go to the bottom and select Place Order

 

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Be sure to save your email to show the checker when you arrive for pick-up.

Canceling a Food Order
  • You have the ability to cancel a mobile food order or reservation that is still in the “pending” state.  This can be done on both the GET web site and mobile app.
    • Go to Order/Reservation on the GET web site or Order on the mobile app.
    • Go to Recent Orders
  • You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation that your order or reservation has been canceled. Any orders still showing as “pending” can be canceled.

Mobile Order a Faculty and Staff Meal Plan

Faculty and staff can pay for a meal plan using their mobile phone, through the GET app. Currently, there are four available Faculty & Staff Meal Plans: the 3 Meal Plan ($25), the 5 Meal Plan ($40), the 10 Meal Plan ($75) and the 20 Meal Plan ($140).

  1. Open GET Explore section and select the OneCard Office.
  2. Select Start An Order
  3. Pickup time will default to ASAP
  4. Select Continue
  5. Select your meal plan
  6. Add selection to your cart then select view cart
  7. Select Payment Method (requires a credit card)
  8. Go to the bottom and select Place Order

 

You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirmation once your purchase has been made.  Please allow up to 1 business day for your meal plan to be activated.
