Auxiliary Services

Welcome to Swarthmore College Auxiliary Services. We are dedicated to supporting the success of our students, faculty, and staff by offering quality goods and services that strengthen our community and enhance life on campus. We also serve the extended Swarthmore community and seek to ensure a positive experience to anyone visiting the College.

Auxiliary Services oversees the following offices and services at Swarthmore College:

Dining Services

Swarthmore College Dining Services provides nutritious and sustainable cuisine every day. Across various campus locations, we offer a diverse menu using the highest-quality ingredients and locally grown and produced products when available. We also provide catering services for campus events.

The OneCard is Swarthmore's ID card for students, faculty, and staff. The OneCard lets you move seamlessly through campus and the surrounding area, giving you access to your meal plan, entry into certain College buildings, and the ability to purchase food from participating vendors in the borough of Swarthmore.

Post Office

The Swarthmore College Post Office helps make sure our community’s mail is delivered safely and efficiently. We manage on and off campus mailing services as well as manage student mailboxes.

Office Services

Swarthmore College Office Services provides high-volume photocopy and printing services for individual faculty and staff, as well as student groups, administrative departments, and the broader Swarthmore community.

Event Management

The Swarthmore College department of Events Management supports those who wish to use campus facilities for meetings, weddings, and a range of other events. We aim to make the process of planning, organizing, and scheduling your event at Swarthmore as seamless as possible.

Swarthmore Campus & Community Store

The Swarthmore Campus & Community store offers fairly-priced textbooks, trade books, office supplies, gifts, Swarthmore College gear, and much more. We regularly hold readings and other events at the store, welcoming visitors from across our local community.

The Inn at Swarthmore

At the Inn at Swarthmore, you’ll find 40 guest rooms and suites, a 24-hour front desk, and Broad Table Tavern, our signature restaurant offering private dining and flexible meeting space for groups and social events.

Dining Hall and Community Commons Space Programmatic Committee

The Dining Hall and Community Commons Space Programmatic Committee was formed to help facilitate plans for a revitalized dining hall and central common space on campus, intended to foster meaningful connections among students, strengthen relationships between students, staff, and faculty, and sustain learning beyond the classroom.

We are proud to serve the Swarthmore community and always welcome your feedback.
