The Program Director is a faculty member who oversees the Writing Associates Program. She trains the WAs, coordinates the Course WA and Speaking Associates programs, and provides faculty and students with support in the teaching of writing on campus.

The Assistant Director is a faculty member who supports the Writing Associates Program by overseeing the daily operations of the Writing Center, coordinating the Writing Associate Mentors (WAM) Program, assisting with workshops and other outreach events, and helping to lead the student coordinator team. In addition to her duties within the Program, she also teaches English 1F: Transitions to College Writing.

The Multilingual Writing Specialist is a faculty member in the Writing Associates Program who provides focused language support for international and other multilingual students or faculty. She offers individual consultations, collaborates in running writing workshops, and teaches English 1F: Transitions to College Writing as well as interdisciplinary writing courses.

The Administrative Assistant is a staff member who helps to support the Writing Program in various ways by providing both faculty and students support. Her office is located directly in the Writing Center where she works closely with Jill and Alba to assist WAs.
