The Program Director is a faculty member who oversees the Writing Associates Program. She trains the WAs, coordinates the Course WA and Speaking Associates programs, and provides faculty and students with support in the teaching of writing on campus.

The Assistant Director is a faculty member who supports the Writing Associates Program by overseeing the daily operations of the Writing Center, coordinating the Writing Associate Mentors (WAM) Program, assisting with workshops and other outreach events, and helping to lead the student coordinator team. In addition to her duties within the Program, she also teaches English 1F: Transitions to College Writing.

The Multilingual Writing Specialist is a faculty member in the Writing Associates Program who provides focused writing and language support for international and domestic multilingual students (students whose primary or home language is not English). She offers individual writing consultations, leads writing workshops, and teaches English 1F: Transitions to College Writing as well as other interdisciplinary writing-intensive courses.

The Administrative Assistant is a staff member who helps to support the Writing Program in various ways by providing both faculty and students support. Her office is located directly in the Writing Center, where she works closely with the Director and Assistant Director of the Writing Associates Program in order to assist WAs.
