Supporting our Students Virtual Sessions
Below is a message sent by Rebecca Weintraub-Barth, Director of Student Activities and Leadership, in regards to our virtual event Series, Supporting Our Students, for our Parents and Loved Ones. Please read below for how to register.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Friends,
We are delighted to welcome your students to Swarthmore! We are reaching out to invite you to our upcoming virtual event series, Supporting Our Students. These sessions are an opportunity for you to meet and hear from deans and program directors who will discuss their work on behalf of students to provide a broad range of support services.
We hope you are able to join us live for any or all of these virtual sessions. Please use the link below to register by August 10 and receive a link to participate. We also invite you to submit any questions you may have by August 14th at noon ET, as time to answer questions at the end of each session may be limited.

- Karen Henry ’87, dean of first-year students and director of first-generation and low-income student initiatives
- Nathan Miller, senior associate dean of student life
- Kristen Smith, registrar
- Tiffany Thompson, associate dean of inclusive excellence
Supporting Our Students: Well-being Session, Wed., Aug. 16:
- Casey Anderson, director of student health & wellness
- Simone Collins, director of counseling & psychological services
- Josh Ellow, alcohol and other drug counselor & educator
- Michael Hill, director of public safety
Supporting Our Students: Complements to the Classroom Session, Thurs., Aug. 17:

Supporting Our Students sessions will be held online to ensure that information is available to all parents and guardians, including those who may not be able to travel to campus for Move-In. If you are not able to join us live, a recording of these events will be made available shortly after the series ends.
We are all eager to meet your students and share this important information with you. If you are able to travel to campus for Move-In day on Tuesday, Aug. 29, I look forward to seeing you.
