Chrome River is a cloud-based, unified solution for automating Swarthmore College's Accounts Payable and Expense Management processes and is collaboratively managed by the Controller's Office and Procurement Office. Chrome River is designed to streamline vendor payments, travel and expense reimbursements, and monthly PCard reconciliations. This solution replaces the paper-based processing payments in Banner Finance and the PCard reconciliation in Bank of America's WORKS system.
The solution is made up of two modules:
Chrome River Invoice is used for processing payments to all third-parties.
Chrome River Expense is used to reimburse any current student, faculty, or staff member for out of pocket expenses and for monthly reconciliations of PCard transactions.
