What does leadership mean to you? - Leadership is an individual's capacity to make change happen by guiding, influencing or directing a group. Regardless, leadership is vital to progress and one of the most powerful qualities an individual can possess.

What does leadership mean to you? - To me, leadership means integrity, humility, credibility, transparency, consistency, and trust balanced with thoughtful verification. It means listening to people who know things you don't, shining light on problems rather than hiding them, and staying calm when a crisis makes everything seem worse than it is.
