Compliance Team Training

Swarthmore College's Equal Opportunity Officer and Title IX Coordinator, along with the other College employees who serve as investigators, decision-makers, appeals officers, and informal resolution facilitators, receive extensive training to oversee and carry out the College's Title IX and equal opportunity grievance processes. These team members complete annual training, as well as ongoing and recurring training, to comply with federal and state requirements and to ensure they are fully prepared to serve and support every member of the Swarthmore community.

In compliance with section 106.45 of the 2020 Title IX regulations, the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion makes available the training materials used to prepare individuals who participate in the College's Title IX process. These materials can be accessed below.
