Fairmount Park & Boathouse Row — beyond the Phila. Museum of Art.
Walk along the river, check out the boathouses — great place to bike!

Eastern State Penitentiary — 22nd and Fairmount
Tours include:The central rotunda, restored cells, the solitary confinement yards, the baseball diamond, death row and Al Capone's Cell.
Admission: $7.00 students

Rittenhouse Square — 18th & Walnut
Window shop down 18th street to the Square... people watch in Rittenhouse Square... window shop along Walnut Street to Broad... go right on Broad to get to the Kimmel Center

Kimmel Center for Performing Arts — Broad (14th) and Spruce Sts.
After visiting the Kimmel Center, keep going down Broad and make a left on Pine (for Antiques Row)

Antiques Row — along Pine Street, between 10th & 12th
Window shop in antique shops and other boutiques, get a cup of coffee at The Last Drop (13th and Pine).

Reading Terminal Market (Monday through Saturday 8 a.m.–6 p.m.) — 12th and Arch
Sample Amish apple pie, smell fresh flowers, eat famous Bassett's ice cream, buy local peaches.

Chinatown — Arch to Vine Streets, and from 8th to 11th Streets
Walk under the Friendship Arch at 10th and Arch Streets, sample goodies at bakeries, have a Malaysian meal at Penang (117 N. 10th St)
