CAPS Workshops and Campus Offerings

Ongoing Events and Workshops

CAPS aims to support faculty, students, and staff in developing and/or facilitating trainings, workshops, and other events. Please email us at CAPS Outreach with your idea or request!

For Spring 2024, both the Thrive Workshop series and Hearts & Crafts have returned! Thrive's theme is moving beyond what we've heard or thought we knew to learn other ways to take care of and understand ourselves and others. Hearts & Crafts is a team effort from CAPS and the Inclusive Excellence Fellows to break down stigma and barriers surrounding mental health literacy; it is a space for students to talk about a variety of mental health topics while making a loosely-related fun craft. No registration is required for any of these events — and we really hope to see you there! Please email CAPS Outreach with any questions or accommodation requests.
