Beyond Fight or Flight: Understanding and Regulating Your Nervous System

You may have heard of fight or flight, but what about the F words? This workshop will explore the various stress responses through a neurobiological approach. Learn how to identify when our bodies are in fight/flight/freeze/fawn states and why our nervous systems respond the way they do when we feel threatened.
Beyond the Blow Up: Recognizing and Managing Distress During Conflict

How do you respond when irritated or angry with others? Argue? Avoid them? While conflict is unavoidable, we can engage in ways that deepen relationships rather than destroy them. Join us to learn some tips and tricks for staying calm and presnet when relationships get rocky.
