The Student Payroll Office collects all required employment paperwork (I-9, Direct Deposit form, etc.) and provides information and training on how to be paid for student campus employment. The Student Payroll Office also assists hiring managers and distributes information about hiring student workers, salary administration, electronic timekeeping, and pay dates. All students are paid via direct deposit into any bank account of their choice. The Student Payroll Office is located at 101 S. Chester Road, room 104. Below are the Fall semester office hours:
Monday: 8:00-10:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 12:15-2:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 12:45-4:30 p.m.
Other hours can be arranged by appointment, if necessary. The Student Payroll Office is under the supervision of the Office of Human Resources.
