Student Payroll

The Student Payroll Office collects all required employment paperwork (I-9, Direct Deposit form, etc.) and provides information and training on how to be paid for student campus employment.  The Student Payroll Office also assists hiring managers and distributes information about hiring student workers, salary administration, electronic timekeeping, and pay dates.  All students are paid via direct deposit into any bank account of their choice.  The Student Payroll Office is located at 101 S. Chester Road, room 104. 

The Student Payroll Office is open the following hours during the Spring 2018 semester: 

Monday: 12:00pm-2:00pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am- 11:00am and 1:00pm-3:00pm
Wednesday: no hours
Thursday: 8:30am-11:00am and 1:00pm-4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am-10:00am and 2:30pm-4:30pm

The Student Payroll Office is under the supervision of the Office of Human Resources.
