Swarthmore College - COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENTIST/ NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST The Department of Psychology announces a three-year, non-tenure-track position at the assistant professor level to begin September 2010. The individual will be responsible for teaching introductory and advanced undergraduate courses in psychology and neuroscience (such as cognitive neuroscience), and possibly research methods. Although we will consider applicants from many areas of specialization within human neuroscience, it is desirable that the candidate contribute to an interdisciplinary program in cognitive science. We seek an individual with a commitment to teaching as well as an active research program that can engage bright undergraduates. Swarthmore is a small, highly selective liberal arts college, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Applicants should submit a letter describing their teaching and research interests, a current CV, reprints or preprints of recent work, and three letters of recommendation.
