IEFI Assistants

IEFI Assistants are dynamic student ambassadors and archivists who help amplify the initiative's presence and impact across campus. They engage the Swarthmore community by sharing the IEFI mission, promoting events, and documenting outcomes. Assistants work closely with the IEFI leadership team and gain hands-on experience in outreach, storytelling, and program evaluation.
