Cap & Gown Information

Please order your commencement regalia (caps and gowns) through Moodle. The deadline to submit your order is Friday, April 3, 2026, at midnight. Submitting your information after the deadline may mean you will not receive a gown in your correct size.

Diploma frames will be available for purchase. Students interested in class rings can view options and have their ring size measured. For assistance, please contact the Swarthmore Campus and Community Store.

Seniors can pick up their regalia at the Swarthmore Campus and Community Store between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., from May 18 to May 22, 2026. Graduating seniors must collect their regalia in person and present their College ID. Regalia cannot be picked up by anyone else, including friends or family members. After Commencement, the regalia is yours to keep.

The Swarthmore Campus and Community Store will also be open on May 24. Please check the Campus & Community Store for updated Commencement Day hours.
