SwatFit is a yearlong, campus-wide campaign aimed at tackling some of the most common obstacles to reaching our fitness goals, helping faculty and staff members achieve active, healthy, and balanced lifestyles.

Our group exercise program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. Group exercise classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and are available at no additional cost to students, faculty, and staff. All of the classes are continuously running throughout the semester and are designed and led by certified instructors. Special sessions, including group stretching sessions and lunchtime community walks, may be offered during Spring into Wellness week.
WW can be a tool to help you eat mindfully and take care of your body. SwatFit offers Swarthmore College faculty and staff access to a 10 week Weight Watchers session on campus and at a reduced rate, with a portion of the cost of this program is subsidized by the College.

Financial Health and Wellness Resources
SwatFit also offers financial health and wellness sessions where you can learn valuable information from our partners on maintaining financial wellness throughout your life, including into retirement.
Work Life Balance and Stress Management Resources
Managing stress, building resiliency, and practicing self-care are all important skills to carry with you at and beyond work. SwatFit offers sessions from our employee assistance programs, Carebridge and Health Advocate, to can help you access the tools you need to be mindful with your time and energy at work and at home.
