Spring into wellness at Swarthmore! Every spring at the College, you can enjoy a week of free and fun fitness, health, and educational programming as part of our SwatFit Spring Into Wellness series.

Community Walk for National Walk at Work Day

A brisk daily walk can help strengthen your muscles, elevate your mood, and keep your mind and body well. Throw on your most comfortable shoes and join your friends and colleagues in a happy and healthy walk around the track!
