SwatFit

Join the Swarthmore College community for a great workout in a virtual group setting. Our group exercise program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. These classes are drop-in group exercise sessions that are focused on an organized workout. Group exercise classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and are available at no additional cost to students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. All of the classes are continuously running throughout the semester and are designed and led by certified instructors. Lastly, there are no grades so come out, have some fun, and take care of yourself!

Class Descriptions

Class Information
Classes will occur from September 14 through December 4.
All classes will take place using Zoom.
All participants must register online for each class using the links above.
The Zoom link will be sent to participants in a confirmation email.
You have control over your environment so please clear the area of any obstacles and obstructions.
Keep water available to hydrate throughout the class.
If you are choosing to workout outdoors, be sure that you are on level ground and are mindful of the weather, in particular, as heat affects exertion.
Class participation is free and available for all current Swarthmore College students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.
