Join the Swarthmore College community for a great workout in a group setting. Our group exercise program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. These classes are drop-in group exercise sessions that are focused on an organized workout. Group exercise classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and are available at no additional cost to students, faculty, and staff. All of the classes are continuously running throughout the semester and are designed and led by certified instructors. Lastly, there are no grades so come out, have some fun, and take care of yourself!
