Below you will find the UPDATED schedule of the group exercise programming for this week. Shiva Das will be leading Chair Yoga each week! Click the links below to preregister for each class you'd like to attend. All classes will take place using Zoom.
Group exercise classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and are available at no additional cost to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. All of the classes will run continuously throughout the summer and are designed and led by certified instructors. Lastly, there are no grades so come out, have some fun, and take care of yourself!

Registration Links & Class Descriptions

Flow Yoga: Yoga is a mind-body practice and a phenomenal way to calm your mind, and reenergize and recharge your body! Join Emily for a 45-minute full-body, centering flow/vinyasa-style yoga class, that will focus on linking breath with movement, and using concentric strength while our muscles are in a lengthened position in our yoga poses, to tone our bodies. Add mindful movement to your summer routine, and through calming your busy mind.  

Pilates: Pilates is a progressive system of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance both mind and body. Join Cathy for an exercise session that will benefit your core strength, posture, and balance skills, and improve your physical and mental energy.
Chair Yoga: Please join Shiva Das for some deep breathing and gentle stretches that you can do almost anywhere. They reduce stress and tension leaving feeling renewed and revitalized!

Express Yoga: Join Emily for a 45-minute lunch-time yoga practice, where we will hold poses for 3-5 breaths, and focus on linking breath with mindful movements while concentrating on alignment and proper form. You will get all the benefits of yoga practice in 45 minutes, with time to calm your mind in a resting state (savasana) at the end.

Gentle Yoga: Join Stephanie for Gentle Yoga. This yoga practice is for everyone and aims to carefully create space in the body and deepen the breath.
