Events Calendar

Join the Swarthmore College community for a great workout in a virtual group setting. Our group exercise program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. These classes are drop-in group exercise sessions that are focused on an organized workout. Group exercise classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and are available at no additional cost to students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. All of the classes are continuously running throughout the semester and are designed and led by certified instructors. Lastly, there are no grades so come out, have some fun, and take care of yourself!

There will be opportunities for synchronous and asynchronous participation with our amazing instructors from the group exercise program during J-Term (Jan. 4 through Jan. 29). All of these sessions can be found on the College's Virtual Programming Calendar

Thursday:
Mid-Day Yoga with Emily Forte, 12:15-1:00 PM ET

Friday:
Vinyasa Sculpt Yoga with Kat Capossela, 10:30-11:15 AM ET
Core & Stretching with Chris McPherson, 12:15-12:45 PM ET

 
Class Information
All classes will take place using Zoom. After registering at the links above, you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the event. Recordings of the classes can be found online through YouTube by searching Swarthmore Recreation & Wellness. Be sure to subscribe for updates!
