  • Zumba with Zack Lash (5:00-6:00PM)
  • Aligned Flow Yoga with Greg Hedler (7:00-8:15PM)

Tuesdays:

  • Pilates Core Curriculum with Cathy Raymond (12:00-1:00PM)
  • Swat HIIT with Michelle Pifer (5:00-5:45PM)
  • Vin Yin Yoga with Kathy DiGiorgio (6:00-7:00PM)

Wednesdays:

  • Pilates* with Cathy Raymond (12:00-1:00PM)
  • Advanced Pilates with Cathy Raymond (1:05-2:00PM)
  • Swat HIIT with Michelle Pifer (5:00-5:45PM)
  • Zumba with Zack Lash (7:00-8:00PM)

Thursdays:

  • Power Flow Yoga with Kathy DiGiorgio (12:15-1:00PM)
