Jane Gillham, Ph.D. – Lab Director

My research and applied interests are at the intersection of clinical psychology, developmental psychology, and education. Much of this work focuses on developing, evaluating, and disseminating school- and community- based interventions designed to promote psychological resilience and well-being in young people and the adults in their lives. Many of my research papers are available for free online through PubMed.gov.

Elizabeth D. Krause, Ph.D. – Lab Co-Director

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in women’s mental health and wellness. For the last 12 years, I have been at the forefront of developing and implementing prevention and intervention programs for women and girls that can be administered in community, medical, and school settings. My private clinical practice is based in an obstetrics and gynecology office which has allowed me to collaborate closely with physicians to improve women’s and teens emotional wellness during important life transitions (e.g., puberty, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopause). I also hold Department of Psychology appointments as a part-time Visiting Assistant Professor at Swarthmore College and as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania.
