Cakes and Barbecues
Birthday Cakes:
When placing a birthday cake order please email Patricia Woods at pwoods1@swarthmore.edu . Please include the following details in the email:
- What date will you need the cake?
- What size cake would you like? We offer two options: 9” round $30.00 or ½ sheet $40.00
- Would you prefer vanilla or chocolate cake?
- Would you like vanilla or chocolate icing?
- Who is the cake for? Please provide the student's name, email and phone number.
- What would you like written on the cake?
- How will you be paying? Payment options include: dining dollars, check, or credit card.
- Who will be picking up the cake?
Barbecues
We provide burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, 2 salads, water, condiments, brownies or cookies and paper products. You find the grill and a minimum of 25 ID numbers. Contact Jaclyn White, at jwhite4@swarthmore.edu at least 72 hours in advance. Names and ID numbers must be submitted by email in an Excel format, with last name, first name and ID number, when placing your order. Please be advised that we can only accommodate 3 barbecues per weekend, so reserve your date as soon as possible. The busy seasons are fall and spring.
