Swarthmore Family Ambassadors

The Family Ambassador program is a representative group of Swarthmore parents and family members who serve as informed ambassadors of the College. We help families find important resources and we foster a sense of community among Swarthmore families.

Our vision is for all Swarthmore families to feel like they belong here, to know how they can engage with Swarthmore, and to have a community they can turn to with questions.

Ways to Get Involved

Our members provide a communication link between Swarthmore families and the College, helping the College to better understand the needs of Swarthmore families.  Additionally, Family Ambassadors serve on one or more of the following committees.

If you're  interested in joining or connecting with the Family Ambassadors, email familyambassadors@swarthmore.edu to learn more.

New Family Welcome Team

First Generation and Low Income (FLI) Ambassadors
