Swarthmore College sees the safety and security of its faculty, students, and staff as a top priority. Students, faculty and staff engage in research, teaching, and learning all over the world and the Global Engagement Office provides travelers with the resources and information that they need to prepare effectively for travel overseas. Global Engagement works in collaboration with other offices across the College, our local contacts on site abroad, and with colleagues at other universities and organizations to review programs and locations and to identify and assess international travel risks. Global Engagement follows best practices in the field to support international safety and security.
