Vincent Jones '98Vincent Jones ’98 is the founder, CEO, and chief strategist of Reinvent Communications, a social impact firm that partners with foundations, non-profits, companies, and leaders to advance change.

Previously, Jones was the deputy director of campaigns and senior program officer for the Liberty Hill Foundation, where he directed a policy campaign to improve outcomes for boys and men of color in California.

Jones is a donor activist and invests in numerous organizations dedicated to helping others and promoting justice. For his innovative use of philanthropic tools to create healthier environments for youth and families, Jones was awarded the “Emerging Leader in Philanthropy” award from Grantmakers for Children, Youth & Families. He was also named the LGBT Leader of the Year by the City of Los Angeles, one of the “Top 40 Leaders Under 40” by Advocate magazine, and one of the “Top 25 Leaders in Los Angeles” by Frontiers magazine.

Jones graduated from the College with a B.A. in history. While at Swarthmore, he was a Eugene M. Lang Scholar for Social Action and Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow.
