Off-Campus Study Support
Swarthmore's libraries can support you while away from campus:
- Access to digital materials
- Request PDFs
If you can't find what you need in Tripod (or through your host institution's library), you can request PDFs of articles and book chapters through Borrowing Beyond Trico.
- Print Books
We can’t ship books to you abroad, but you may be able to take a small number of library books with you. Before you leave, stop by one of the libraries and ask at the front desk or email Access & Lending at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Research Help
- Language Learning
Do you need a refresher on a particular languages? Mango Languages offers useful tutorials for real-life situations and conversations.
We hope you’ll take some time to explore the libraries where you’re studying! Visiting the local libraries at your host institution can be a valuable part of your off-campus experience. Feel free to ask Swarthmore’s librarians for help finding your way.
