Charlie: I want to enhance my computer skills. I started out at 9 words per minute and my goal is 18.

Why did you choose to work on typing?

Charlie: We worked on emailing last semester. Eventually I want to learn how to do my own taxes online.

Val, are you a speed demon?

Val: I'm pretty good. I try to emphasize the importance of patience, though...

How long have you participated in L4L?

Val: This is our third semester together. Usually Maria's here, too.

What's your primary goal?

Val: Zen with the keyboard.
