Concept A - Grass Field East
Concept A focuses athletic development to the west, creating an athletics edge along Chester Road and an open lawn in the heart of the site.

Concept B - Grass Field West
Concept B shifts the grass field to the western edge, creating a pastoral feel along Chester Road, and moves the multi-purpose field to the east, enclosing it with trees.

Concept C moves the tennis and the multi-purpose field to the south, allowing the North Arboretum to extend southward into the middle of the site.
