Who has access to these facilities?

Swarthmore College students, faculty, and staff have access to these facilities. In addition, spouses and partners of current employees, and dependents (who are between the ages of 16-26) of current employees have access. Retired staff, emeriti faculty, and alumni may use these facilities as well. Please note that everyone accessing Athletic facilities must have an active OneCard, and sign a waiver; if you are not a current student, faculty member, or staff member, please follow the instructions detailed in the next question to obtain a OneCard. 

How do I access Athletics facilities? 

Current Swarthmore College students, faculty, and staff must visit mySwarthmore to complete the Athletic Facilities Waiver found in the Personal Information section. Faculty and staff may list spouses, partners, and dependents on their waiver through mySwarthmore, as well.  

Alumni, retired staff, and emeriti faculty must visit the OneCard Office located at Parrish Hall (131A) to complete the Athletic Facilities Waiver and request a OneCard. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. 

What do I need when visiting the facilities?

Bring your OneCard when accessing Athletic facilities and ensure you have signed a waiver, as noted above.  

Can visitors to campus generally use Athletics facilities?
