Sujatha Srinivasan '01

Sujatha Srinivasan '01 is the Chief Risk Officer in the Instutional Investor Group at Vanguard. She previously was the lead for partnerships risk strategy at Stripe, a company that is building payments infrastructure for the internet. Prior to that, she spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, including most recently as a managing director and the global co-head of market risk for Goldman’s Global Markets Division. She also serves as a member of the Indiana University Center for Global Health Development Board.

As a student, she was a senior firefighter and EMT for the Swarthmore Fire and Protective Association. Srinivasan previously served on the Board from 2005-2009, including on the presidential search committee. She rejoined the Board in 2012.

Srinivasan holds a B.A. in comparative literature with high honors from Swarthmore. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Rajesh Vedanthan '95, and two daughters.
