Sibella Clark Pedder '64

Pedder, a resident of Haslemere in Surrey, England, has served pro bono as the deputy chair for C&J Clark Shareholder Council since 2008, after having worked from 1964 to 1970 in its retail division. For 15 years after 1989, she was involved in research for Southampton University, United Kingdom, the school where she earned a Ph.D. in 2000.

Pedder holds a B.A. in history from Swarthmore and a B.Sc. in biochemistry and physiology from Southampton University. A native of the United Kingdom, she has served the Board since 2006 and is active in various organizations in her community, especially those promoting swimming and local green space support. She is married to Roger Anthony Pedder.
