50th Reunion Check-In

The Class of '69 may check-in at their dorm, Alice Paul Hall, during the following hours: 

  • Thursday, May 30: 11 a.m.–9 p.m. 
  • Friday, May 31: 7 a.m.–11 p.m. 
  • Saturday, June 1: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. 

Garnet Sages Check-In

Garnet Sages may check-in at Alice Paul Hall*, during the following hours: 

  • Friday, May 31: 7 a.m.–11 p.m. 
  • Saturday, June 1: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.

*Sages who are not staying on campus are welcome to check-in at either Alice Paul Hall or Shane Student Lounge. If you received a letter instructing you to check-in at Shane Student Lounge, please do so. Not sure? Call Alumni Weekend Headquarters at 610-328-7332. 

All-Alumni Check-In

All-Alumni Check-In is located in Parrish Hall, Shane Student Lounge and is open:

  • Friday, May 31  10 a.m.–11 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 1  8 a.m.–8 p.m

Late Arrivals

If you have reserved a room on-campus but will arrive on campus when check-in is closed, you may pick up your room key(s) from Public Safety in Benjamin West House. Please notify alumniweekend@swarthmore.edu or 610-328-7332 if you anticipate a late arrival.

Alumni Weekend Customer Service and Registration

The customer service desk is located in Parrish Hall, Shane Student Lounge and open during the following hours:

Friday  10 a.m.–11 p.m.
Saturday  8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Sunday  8 a.m.–2 p.m. (open for dorm key and OneCard return only)

When Alumni Weekend headquarters is closed, please direct your questions to Public Safety at 610-328-8281. 

Parking

Five lots are available for Alumni Weekend parking. Please note: There is now a traffic circle on Chester Road (Route 320) south of the SEPTA underpass. Pay close attention to the new traffic pattern. 

Parking is available on Field House Lane and in the Cunningham lot (on College Avenue across Route 320), Benjamin West lot, Whittier lot, and DuPont lot (near the water tower).

Accessible parking is available close to buildings throughout campus, but only vehicles with special accessibilities placards or license plates can park in those designated areas; others will be towed. Learn more about accessible parking.
