Reunion Committee Information

Alumni outside of Parrish Hall during Alumni Weekend

Class years ending in 1 or 6, we look forward to celebrating your milestone reunion during Alumni Weekend 2026: May 29 – 31 (May 28 – 31 for 50th Reunion)!

Reunion success depends on the dedication and enthusiasm of each class committee. If your class year ends in a 1 or a 6 and you are interested in joining your reunion committee, or if your class is not celebrating a milestone this year but you already know you would like to get involved in a future reunion, please let us know by emailing alumni@swarthmore.edu.

Committee Member Responsibilities

  • Committee members provide a personal touchpoint for 10 to 15 classmates to encourage attendance at Alumni Weekend, a gift in honor of the reunion year, and reconnection with Swarthmore.

  • They attend three virtual committee meetings typically in September, January, and March.

  • Make plans to attend Alumni Weekend while considering a philanthropic commitment that feels meaningful to them.

Additional Opportunities for Involvement
In addition to these responsibilities, committee members may choose to become more involved in events planning or fundraising, with the option to join one or both of these working groups.
