Department Overview

Transfer students are vital members of the Swarthmore community. 

Students who transfer to Swarthmore arrive as sophomores or juniors. Currently, there are about 30 enrolled students who transferred to Swarthmore. 

As a transfer student, you are uniquely positioned to make a positive impact on the  Swarthmore community and the world. Transfer students serve in many leadership roles on campus, including as Student Government Organization representatives, Resident Assistants (RAs) and Student Academic Mentors (SAMs).
