- Formerly titled “Hazing.”
- Renamed to reflect the updated policy which is in compliance with new Federal guidelines provided through the 2024 Stop Campus Hazing Act.
- Disorderly Conduct
- Updated the College’s disorderly conduct policy to remove a reference to the College’s Academic Freedom and Responsibility policy.
- False Representation
- Reworded the College’s false representation policy to provide greater clarity and eliminate redundancy in the policy expectations.
- Fleet Vehicles
- Added the “intended use” portion of Fleet Vehicle reservation form to the Student Handbook for greater transparency of these expectations for students and student organizations/groups use of College Fleet Vehicles.
- Grants and Awards
- Added the College’s Grants and Awards policy to the Student Handbook.

- Created separate office summaries for both Residential Communities and Student Activities and Leadership to better highlight the services provided by OSE.
- Renamed "Space Use" to "Space Assignments and Use" and updated this section of the policy to more clearly define the expectations of student organizations/clubs assignment/use of designated campus space.
- PPR Apartments
- Renamed all building references from “NPPR” to “PPR Apartments” to reflect the official name of the residence hall.

- Renamed to reflect the College’s new policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation.
- Public Safety
- Public Safety updated their office description within the Student Handbook to more closely reflect the services that the office provides to the College.
- Included information on the College’s safety app SwatSafe. It can be downloaded on Apple and Android devices
- Provided information on the new Tri-Co shuttle app: Tri-Co Transit. The TriCo Transit App can be downloaded on either iOS or Android.
- Student Organization/Club or Athletic Team Adjudication Process

- Added a separate section to the College’s Student Conduct Policies and Procedures section to more clearly define the student conduct process for Student Organization/Clubs or Athletic Teams.
- Student-Run Business
- Added a separate section to the Office of Student Engagement Policies section of the handbook to clarify the College’s prohibition of student-run businesses on College property or utilizing College resources.
