With a BA in Communication Studies and an MS in Higher Education Counseling from West Chester University, Kelly is dedicated to helping students in their journey of self-exploration and preparing for life beyond Swarthmore. Kelly's primary responsibilities include career counseling and employer relations. In addition to career counseling, she also has a research background in Healthy Communication and Conflict Management.
