Social Media Community Guidelines

On the College's Social Media Channels, Prohibited Content and Conduct Includes:
  • Threatening or harassing content/hate speech or discrimination: The use of obscene, threatening, discriminatory, demeaning or harassing language.
  • Slander or Defamation: Comments that make false or damaging statements about individuals or our business that could harm reputation or credibility.
  • Spam or Promotional Content: Comments that promote unrelated products, services or pages; repetitive or irrelevant links; or fake accounts and bot activity.
  • Advertisement or promotion of commercial products, services, entities, or individuals.
  • Obscene or Inappropriate Language: Use of profanity, sexually explicit language, or graphic content.
  • Personal Information Sharing: Comments that contain private or sensitive information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or mail addresses.
  • Disclosure of information that is confidential by law or regulation
  • Comments advocating illegal activity
  • Posts violating copyrights or trademarks
  • Endorsement or opposition of any person campaigning for election to a political office or promoting or opposing any ballot proposal
