Opens in New York City March 22
The Falconer, 2006 | Professor of Studio Art Randall Exon's solo exhibition, consisting of more than 25 landscapes, interiors, and still lifes in oil, opened March 22 at Hirschl & Adler Modern. Exon, known for demonstrating a mastery of light in his work, joined Swarthmore's faculty in 1982. After receiving a fellowship to the Ballinglen Foundation in Ballycastle, County Mayo, Ireland, in 1997, he has frequently returned to the rugged coastal area with his family for inspiration. "Randall Exon: Recent Paintings" runs Mar. 22 to Apr. 21.
