Woodshop Safety Training

The Makerspace hosts periodic workshops to provide skill-building and safety training for members of the Swarthmore Community. Such workshops include but are not limited to: Woodshop Safety Training, Intro to Laser Cutting, Intro to 3D Printing, Intro to 3D Modeling, Intro to Waterjet Cutting, Intro to Sewing, Intro to Vinyl Cutting, and Intro to 3D Scanning.

The Makerspace also partners with the Engineering Department in order to provide additional resources such as welding and blacksmithing workshops, and metal fabrication training and equipment.
