Networking Opportunities

In June, program participants convene for a three-day conference that brings together leaders and experts in higher education who share insights from their experiences in a wide range of roles, institutions, and fields of research.

Each spring, alumni gather for the Spring Gathering Dinner, an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, engage in meaningful dialogue with leaders in higher education, and learn about the innovative minigrant projects currently being developed by program participants.

Together, these events foster a strong network among participants and alumni across institutions, creating a supportive cohort of colleagues who can offer guidance and collaboration throughout their leadership journeys. Through these connections and conversations, participants also broaden their understanding of—and interest in—pursuing a wide range of academic leadership roles.
