It’s 2014, and the ambitious editorial assistants of a failing New York magazine are at each other’s throats. It’s just an average workday, that is until tragedy strikes. In the aftermath, each survivor pieces together their own narrative, igniting new and old conflicts among these storytellers. GLORIA by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins is a sharp and satirical comedy that explores the dehumanizing effect of toxic capitalism.
