Baccalaureate Seating for Guests

Guests may contact Susan Smythe (ssmythe1@) to arrange to reserve seats in the accessible seating section of the Scott Outdoor Amphitheater. Seating is limited. Deadline for requests is May 15, 2026.

Commencement Seating for Guests

Guests may contact Susan Smythe (ssmythe1@) to arrange to reserve seats in the accessible seating section of the Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts. We will make every effort to seat entire parties, so please indicate the total seats needed.  Deadline for requests is May 15, 2026.  Please also indicate if any patron needs wheelchair seating.

Accessible Parking and Shuttle Services

Parking Lot Shuttles for Baccalaureate

Taking a shuttle from a regular parking lot is quick and easy. Persons with mobility issues are given priority in golf cart shuttles at all three lots. Buses shuttle, including wheelchair-accessible transport, from SEPTA and the campus parking lots.

Parking for Commencement

The Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts does offer limited accessible parking and accessible parking shuttles from all parking areas. A standard handicap placard will be required to park in these parking spots.

Assistance for the Hearing Impaired

American Sign Language Interpreter

An American Sign Language interpreter will sign the Baccalaureate ceremony.

Closed Captioning

Closed captioning of the Commencement ceremony will be available on the screens.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices will be available for Baccalaureate at the Accessible Entrance to the Scott Outdoor Amphitheater.  Assistive listening devices will be available at the Information Tent for Commencement. Please plan on leaving an ID and phone number as a deposit.
