Miyuki Baker ('12) participated in the ACC Field Studies Program financed by the Fulbright-Hays Foundation in summer 2011. She went to Inner-Mongolia and provinces in west China.

In summer 2011, Tiffany Barron '13, Eugenia Sokolskaya '13, Abigail Starr '13, Emmal Saarel '14 and Rebecca Teng '14 conducted a research field-trip to Shanxi, China. Supervised by Lala Zuo, Assistant Professor of Chinese, and financed by the ASIANetwork Freeman Student-Faculty Fellows Program.
