Meeting Minutes for 20 October 2010
Attendance:
Cathy Pescatore, Lisa Maginnis, Kelly Fitzpatrick, Linda Hunt, Mary Marissen, Cassy Burnett, Lynn Grady, Janet McSwiggan, Sheila Magee, Pat Hearty, Tami Gura, John Dukes, Betsy Batter
Ex-Officio Member:
Melanie Young, Sharmaine LaMar
Staff Committee Appointments:
- Budget Committee - 2 staff representatives are needed to cover a 2-year appointment. After reviewing the position criteria, the candidates were discussed and through a SAC vote Rose Maio and John Scalio were selected. John and Rose were contacted and both accepted the nomination.
- Equal Opportunity Advisory Committee – 2 staff representatives are needed to cover a 3-year appointment. The committee will meet monthly starting in the spring semester. Some of the policies to be reviewed are Anti-Harassment and Diversity Recruitment. Any staff members interested in serving on this committee can contact their local SAC representative.
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:40am.
Next meeting will be in November 17, 2010.
