How to Apply

Students, Faculty, and Staff are encouraged to apply for grant support. Sager Fund speakers or performers should represent high profile, prominent, public speakers and/or performers who serve/represent the needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community.

  • SAGER GRANTS are made in support of LGBTQ+ focused events, including honorariums, up to $2,500. Applications for SAGER Grants are due August 15 and January 15, for fall and spring semester planned events, respectively.

  • PRIDE GRANTS are made in support of LGBTQ+ focused events up to $250-$500. Pride Grants are accepted on a rolling basis. In some special cases, the FUND will be able to aid up to $1000.

Grants are awarded to events, not to constituencies or applicants. However, the Committee will take into consideration how well the applicant demonstrates care in planning and the potential for producing an outstanding event.

Those wishing to apply for a SAGER Grant or PRIDE Grant should review the Guidelines for Preparing a SAGER FUND Application.

Applications for both SAGER Grants and PRIDE Grants can be submitted using our online application form.
