Richard Rubin Scholar Applicants

  • Jan 27- Rubin Scholar Mentoring Program applications open... (same language for explanation)
  • Feb 26- Rubin Scholar Mentoring Program applications closed 
  • Mid-March - Notifications for acceptances into the program go out
  • TBD - Richard Rubin Spring Reception for all new Scholars
 

Richard Rubin Internship (Summer Funding) Applicants 

(For current Rubin Scholars only)
  • Jan 27 - Summer Funding Applications open 
  • Feb 26 - Priority Deadline for submission of summer funding application (It is recommended you apply to multiple sources of funding)
  • First Week of March (Before Spring Break) schedule a meeting with Dean Karen Henry or Jessica Dougherty to discuss summer opportunity. 
  • First week of April - Recipients of Rubin Summer Funding stipends are notified 
  • Second Week of August - Summer Sum Up Check in! Meet virtually with Dean Karen Henry or Jessica Dougherty to discuss your summer. Please send over a draft of your Richard Rubin Poster. 
  • Aug. 23 - Final Draft of Poster must be sent, and Summer Sum-Up report is due! 
  • TBD - Richard Rubin Poster Presentation
