Umi is the Study Abroad Advisor in the Global Engagement Office. Her responsibilities include advising students on the study abroad process, contributing to pre-departure and re-entry programming, and providing administrative support. Umi received a BA in Psychology and Art from Swarthmore College, as well as an M.S.Ed. in Global Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in education for over five years, including as an instructor for the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program.
