Monica currently serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Student Engagement. They received their undergraduate degree in Chemistry with a minor in Japanese studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington; they went on to receive their Master's in Higher Education administration from Georgetown University.

Their interests within higher education are student activities, involvement, and disability access. They bring this passion to their work within OSE whenever they can.
