Erin Kruh (she/her/hers) is a current Area Coordinator for the Office of Student Engagement. Erin oversees Alice Paul, David Kemp, Parrish, Worth, and Lodges Residence Halls. Through this, Erin supervises the Resident Assistants (RAs) assigned to these buildings and works throughout the year both on community building and campus safety. Erin works in tandem with the other members of OSE to coordinate large campus initiatives such as move-in, move-out, and housing operations. 

Prior to joining Swarthmore, Erin graduated with her Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Villanova University where she was a Graduate Resident Director. In this role, she oversaw a large residence hall and RA staff team, worked on the campus crisis response rotation, and led the RA recruitment and selection committee within their Residence Life program. Erin also graduated from Villanova University with her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English, earning her teaching certification in Pennsylvania.
