The Cambrians present CLOVER

dancers

Clover is a family-friendly performance of idea-sharing and contemporary dance, collaboratively created by Benjamin Holliday Wardell, Michel Rodriguez Cinta, and principal choreographer Melinda Jean Myers.

The performance puts contemporary dance into a conversational environment, allowing for an intimate experience and interaction between the audience and performers. Clover dives deep into individual life expressions—with complex and lighthearted relationship explorations—and even finds comfort in the occasional discomfort between close friends. This journey of three individuals at a similar stage of life provides an in-depth look at intimate relationships and friendships between confidants.

Clover is partially supported by an individual artist program grant from the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs & Special Events; a grant from the Illinois Arts Council; and federal funds provided by the National Endowment for
the Arts.
