Sabrina Martinez '92
Sabrina Martinez ’92 is the manager of talent analytics and reporting at Memorial Hermann, the largest hospital system in the Houston area, with 17 hospitals. She previously worked as lead engineering recruiter for ConocoPhillips and as a communications senior adviser and a senior adviser on strategic workforce planning. She is the co-author of three books, The Art of Activation, Pebbles in the Pond, and Change Your World, and is also a lifetime member of the National Association of Black MBAs.
A resident of Houston, she serves as a board member for the Queensbury Theatre and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Houston. For her volunteer work, she received the silver Presidential Service Award in 2014 and 2015, the gold Presidential Service Award in 2016, and Houston Woman Magazine’s Broad Shoulders HER Award in 2011.
Martinez graduated from the College with a B.S. in engineering and received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is also a past president of Swarthmore’s Alumni Council.
