2026 Be Well Community Wellness Day!

Brought to you by partners from across the College, the 2nd annual Be Well Community Wellness Day is an opportunity for students, staff, faculty, and Swarthmore College community members to participate in a wide range of activities, including yoga, sound baths, massages, drum circles, food trucks, and more! Activities will be taking place all throughout campus on April 17th between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The Be Well Community Wellness Day will be offering a mix of flexible drop-in activities and special sessions that require sign-ups. Drop by whenever you need a breather, and be sure to check out the full schedule for more information on session descriptions, timing, and locations.

PopCam Headshots

9 a.m. - 4 P.M. / Location: Kemp Family Commons DCC

Chair Massages with Infinity Massage

9 a.m. - 4 p.m. / Location: Kemp Family Commons DCC

Blender Bike Smoothies

Pedal on a stationary bike to mix up a smoothie of your choice!


Morning Sound Bath

10 a.m. / Location: 3rd floor matchbox

A meditative, immersive experience where participants lie down and are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations produced by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes.

Community Drum Circle with Max Young from Rhythmetrix

11 A.m. - 12 p.m. / Location: Cherry border (Rain Location: BCC 109)

combines music with mindfulness & movement to rewire the brain/ regulate the nerves. an outdoor communal experience of percussion and rhythmic drumming!


Halal Food Truck

Hatha Yoga with Live Music

Enjoy a slower-paced style of yoga that balances physical postures and breathing techniques to align the body and calm the mind while listening to live music.

Join expert facilitator Anna schneyder for an hour of connection and community where you’ll learn concrete skills to build resilience.

SwatTank

3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. / Location: SCI 101

SwatTank is a dynamic idea competition that guides students from initial concept to polished pitch through workshops, mentorship, and collaboration. Top teams compete in the finals by presenting to a panel of judges who evaluate their business idea, creativity, and pitch quality For Cash prizes!


Philadelphia Judo Evolution

Comfort Caring Canines Therapy Dogs
