    Please contact Public Safety to alert them of your concerns. Public Safety also provides information on how to best assist persons with disabilities.


  • I have an injury and need help getting around campus and/or to an off-campus medical appointment. Who can help me?

    Public Safety manages the Garnet Shuttle and can help arrange for transportation on- and off-campus.

    Detailed information, including accessible entrances and exits, is available for every building on campus.


  • Where can I engage with the disabled community on campus?

    Student interest groups include the Swarthmore Disability Association and the ASL Club. Faculty and staff of the College are welcome to join the Disability Employee Resource Group.


  • How do I request dietary accommodations in dining?

    Students who may need disability accommodations for dining can request accommodations through Student Disability Services by completing the Voluntary Disability Disclosure in mySwarthmore.
